CATERING CHARGES
 
Chinese Buffet / Hi Tea /Cocktails
Complete set up for standing cocktail with buffet counters (if any), cocktail tables for beverages and bar counter. Floral arrangement and display artifacts will be made available.
$300.00 catering charge for every confirmed 50 persons
Sit Down Chinese Course
Complete set up for Chinese course with menu on each table, with the provision of porcelain wares and cutleries. All kitchen equipment will be provided and cooking will be done on site with permitted license as agreed with the organizer of the event.
$60.00 for every table of 8-10 persons excluding the rental of tables and chairs.
Mobile kitchen rental and usage @ $1000 plus 7% GST excluding other charges or fees that may be incurred on the premises.
