Membership Validity

Issuance of TL$

15% REBATE on ala carte food, beverage orders as well as set menus when DINING IN from Mondays to Thursdays, exclude eve of and Public Holidays as well as eve of and during 15 days of Chinese New Year.
10% REBATE on ala carte food, beverage orders as well as set menus when DINING IN from Fridays to Sundays, eve of and Public Holidays as well as eve of and during 15 days of Chinese New Year.
Rebate is not applicable for wines, bakeries, retail merchandise, takeaway, high tea, buffet, banquet (ie. more than 30 persons) or combined with other promotions and/or voucher payment.
Rebates will be accumulated as TL$ for future redemptions at all participating TungLok restaurants, towards dine-in F&B bills (Subject to condition stated below). TL$=S$1
NRIC/FIN number must be provided at the time of dining. No rebates will be credited if NRIC/FIN number is not provided.
Earning of rebates is valid at all TungLok restaurants (except Tóng Lè Private Dining and Ruyi-Chinese Fast Food), unless otherwise indicated.

Redemption of TL$

TL$ is not redeemable for cash. TL$ to be redeemed will be deducted from the total bill (excluding taxes), before new rebates are earned.
No redemption of TL$ will be allowed for wines, bakeries, retail merchandise, special promotions, discount, takeaway, banquet (ie. more than 30 persons) and/or voucher payment as well as on the eve of and during 15 days of Chinese New Year.
For verification purposes, their NRIC/Passport must be presented at participating restaurants. No redemption, rebate and/or discount will be entitled if NRIC number is not provided.
Redemption of TL$ is valid at all TungLok restaurants (except Tóng Lè Private Dining and Ruyi – Chinese Fast Food), unless otherwise indicated.

Expiry of TL$

TL$ earned must be fully redeemed one month after the membership year expires. There will be strictly no extension of the expiry period, and TL$ not redeemed will be forfeited.

Birthday Special

tunglokfirst members are entitled to a 20% rebate on ala carte and set menu on the month of birthday. It is not applicable for wines, bakeries, retail merchandise, takeaway, high tea, buffet, banquet (ie. more than 30 persons) or combined with other promotions and/or voucher payment as well as on eve of and on 15 days of Chinese New Year.
Birthday rebate is valid at all participating TungLok restaurants. (except Tóng Lè Private Dining and Ruyi – Chinese Fast Food)
Members are entitled to receive one free birthday cake when celebrating their birthday at any participating TungLok restaurant during their birthday month. To order for birthday cake, reservation needs to be made at least 4 working days in advance. 2 days in advance notice need to be given for cancellation of order and reservation.
Redemption of birthday cake is valid at all participating restaurants. (except LingZhi Vegetarian Restaurant, Garuda Padang Cusine, Tóng Lè Private Dining and Ruyi – Chinese Fast Food)

Renewal of tunglokfirst membership

To qualify for a free annual renewal, tunglokfirst members must attain a minimum spending of S$1,000 at TungLok restaurants within one-year membership.
A bonus of TL$25 will be awarded for membership renewal.

Welcome Pack (applicable to only New Sign Up Members)

E-Voucher Terms and Conditions

Valid for 3 months from date of sign up.
Valid at all TungLok restaurants (except Tóng Lè Private Dining and Ruyi – Chinese Fast Food).
Not valid for wines, bakeries, retail merchandise, takeaway, high tea, buffet and banquet (ie. more than 30 persons).
Not to be combined with other promotions, discounts, voucher payment and/or privilege cards.
Not valid on special occasions, eve of and Public Holidays as well as eve of and during 15 days of Chinese New Year.
E-voucher is preloaded in your account. No physical voucher is distributed.
E-voucher is not exchangeable for cash and there will be no extension of expiry date. Any used or unredeemed value will be forfeited.
The management reserves the right to change to the terms and conditions of the E-Voucher from time to time without prior notice.
The management decision of the terms and conditions shall be final.

Non-transferable

Membership is strictly personal and non-transferable. Members must produce photo identification as and when required.

Processing of Application Form

Payment Mode

Payment of membership fee can be made by credit card or cash at any participating TungLok restaurants.
For online applications, payment of membership fees can be made by credit card or cheque.
Payment made is strictly non-refundable.

Discretion

Upon submission of application form to TungLok, members shall deem to have read, understood and agreed with the Terms and Conditions of the tunglokfirst Loyalty Programme stipulated herein.
The Management of TungLok Group reserves all rights to amend any privilege or condition from time to time without prior notice.
The Management of TungLok Group is entitled at any time, in its absolute discretion without liability to you, to suspend or terminate your rights to use the benefits or privileges, to refuse any re-issuance or renewal should any of the conditions and privileges be abused.
