TungLok Launches Exclusive Deep-Sea Yellow Croaker Masterpieces

For the first time in Singapore, TungLok brings you 13 creations of the exclusive Deep-Sea Yellow Croaker across 8 TungLok Group restaurant brands!
Interestingly known as the “同乐”(Happy Together) fish because of the happy sounds they make, the deep-sea yellow croaker stands out for its exceptional quality achieved through a distinctive rearing process. Unlike traditional farming methods, this rearing takes place through the ocean one hundred nautical miles offshore, with the help of the World’s First one-hundred-thousand-tonne large-scale aquaculture vessel.
