The rich indulgence of chilli crab. The comforting ritual of a chicken rice set. A Singapore Sling to mark the occasion, or an ice-cold Tiger Beer shared with family and friends. These flavours are woven into our celebration moments that make Singapore feel like home.
This National Day, Chef Marvas Ng pays tribute to those familiar memories through QIN’s contemporary lens. Inspired by the dishes we grew up with and crafted with modern refinement, each course celebrates Singapore’s flavours while showcasing the creativity and craftsmanship that define QIN.
Your evening begins with a First Pour, choosing between a QIN Singapore Sling or Tiger Beer, before indulging in Shanghainese Hairy Crab Roe with Fried Mantou, a luxurious homage to Singapore’s beloved chilli crab.
At the heart of the experience is Chef Marvas’ interpretation of Singapore’s iconic chicken rice set. Chicken Saddle “Bai Zhu” served with ginger scallion and Teochew chilli. Accompanied by La Rou “Donabe", a comforting Chicken Consommé and Local Chye Sim with Soy Shallot Vinaigrette. The set menu offers a familiar Singapore experience, thoughtfully reimagined through QIN’s culinary philosophy.
To conclude, QIN “Tang” and Ma “Shu” provide a light and elegant finale, bringing together comforting Asian flavours with Chef Marvas’ thoughtful touch.
