  2. What are the sign-up privileges?
    Members will receive one S$30 Welcome e-voucher (redeemable with a min. spend of S$60) which will be credited into their membership accounts. E-voucher is valid for redemption from the second visit.
  3. Can I enjoy my TungLok membership privileges for takeaway and/or online orders?
    TungLok membership privileges are applicable for Dine-In and Self-Collect Takeaway Orders (not applicable for online or delivery orders).
  4. Can I use my TungLok membership in conjunction with other promotions, discount, privileges/membership cards and/or voucher/e-voucher payment?
    No, membership privileges cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discount, privileges/membership, voucher/e-voucher payment (including TungLok Group Dining Vouchers) and/or ShopBack Pay, unless otherwise stated.

Membership Registration
  1. How do I sign up for TungLok Membership?
    To become a member, spend S$100 or more in one visit and complete the sign-up at any of our restaurants for a COMPLIMENTARY 12-month GOURMAND membership.
    Each person may register for only one membership account. Multiple registrations with the same mobile number will not be accepted. You must use a valid and unique Singapore mobile number as login ID.
  2. Why do I need to use a valid and unique mobile number as login ID?
    Each member needs to register a valid and unique mobile number as login ID during sign-up. For secured verification purposes, the registered mobile number will be used for receiving OTP, eVoucher notifications and other membership-related information. One person can only register one membership account.
    If you are unable to receive an OTP, ensure that TungLok is not a blocked number and Message Filtering is turned off.
  3. Must I have a local number to register for TungLok Loyalty Programme?
    Yes, only Singapore mobile number are eligible to sign up for TungLok Loyalty Programme.
  4. Can I enjoy my TungLok membership privileges for TungLok overseas?
    TungLok Membership is valid for participating TungLok restaurants in Singapore only.
  5. Do I need to pay any membership fee?
    A 12-month GOURMAND Membership is given FREE when you spend S$100 or more in one visit and complete the sign-up at any of our restaurants.
  6. Why do I need to use TungLok Web App?
    The TungLok Web App is a convenient, fast, and secure way to access TungLok's services. It is also a good choice for customers who want to avoid the hassle of downloading and installing mobile apps.
    The TungLok Web App allows you to track your TL$ rebate earned and redeemed, manage your membership profile and receive/redeem e-vouchers. You can also present your electronic TLF Membership within the app for earning/redemption of TL$ rebate and other e-vouchers at the cashier upon bill settlement, instead of the physical card.

  7. Why should I OPT IN to receive SMS and/or Email?
    You can receive TungLok latest news, members’ exclusive e-vouchers, promotions and more.
  8. Will there be a membership card issued to me?
    Your TungLok membership card will be an e-card which can be accessed via the our TungLok Web App.
    Launch the TungLok Web App (https://www.tunglok.com) and present the unique QR code to enjoy the privileges and benefits.
Membership Account
  1. Where can I check my TL$ balance?
    You can easily track your TL$ balance and expiry date by accessing “My Account” followed by “Membership” tab in the App.
  2. Can I update my personal details?
    You can only update your address and salutation. Please inform us at tunglokfirst@tunglok.com, if you wish to change your member particulars. It is the member’s responsibility to ensure member details are accurate and updated at all times.
Membership Validity
  1. Is there an expiry date to my TungLok membership?
    Yes, membership is valid for 12 months from date of sign-up.
Expiry of TL$
  1. Is there an expiry date to my TL$?
    Yes, TL$ is valid for 12 months from date of issue.
    If membership has expired, you can do a re-sign up of the membership to redeem your unexpired TL$.
    Expired TL$ will be automatically forfeited at the absolute discretion of TungLok without compensation to the member. A notification will be sent via SMS and/or email notifications. It is also the member’s responsibility to track the expiry date of the TL$ rebate.
    Members who opt not to receive membership-related information such as membership status, e-voucher issuance, points expiry etc. via SMS and/or email; you may visit our membership portal at https://www.tunglok.com to log into your membership account at your own discretion.

Issuance of TL$
  1. How to earn and use TL dollar (TL$)?
    Yes, TL$ is valid for 12 months from date of issue.
    You can earn TL$ on ala carte food and non-alcoholic beverages (F&B) orders, and regular set menus (not applicable for online or delivery orders).
    TL$ earned can be used to offset your total bill (before service charge & prevailing GST) on your subsequent visits at all participating TungLok restaurants (except Home Fiesta - AMK Hub).
    Service charge & GST will not be eligible for rebates.
  2. What should I do if my transaction and TL$ is not updated in my account?
    If there is a discrepancy on your rebates/transaction, please provide transaction receipt for verification within 7 days of your visit to tunglokfirst@tunglok.com.
  3. Can I earn TL$ for making a deposit?
    No, deposit payment is not entitled to earning and/or redemption of TL$/e-voucher. Rebates will be issued on the day of dine-in.
Membership Renewal
  1. Can I renew my TLF membership before the expiry date?
    No, you can only renew the membership after the expiry date.
  2. Upon re-sign up or renewal of membership, will my TL$ be bought forward to the new membership year?
    No, TL$ earned is strictly valid for 12 months from date of issue.
Non-transferable
  1. Is the membership transferable?
    No, membership is personal and strictly non-transferable.

Rebate is not applicable for alcoholic beverages, high tea, buffet, banquet (ie. more than 30 persons), Heat & Serve frozen products (instore), online takeaway orders, catering orders, merchandises and/or festive/seasonal products (ie. Chinese New Year products, Mooncake), purchase of TungLok Group Dining Vouchers and/or e-voucher, unless otherwise indicated.
  3. Rebate is issued based on the amount paid after redemption of TL$ (if applicable) and not to be combined with other promotions, discounts, privileges/membership cards, voucher/e-voucher payment (including TungLok Group Dining Voucher) and/or ShopBack Pay. Service Charge & GST will not be eligible for rebates.
  4. Deposit payment is not entitled to earning and/or redemption of TL$/e-voucher. Rebates will be issued on the day of dine-in.
  5. Rebate will be accumulated as TL$ for future redemptions at participating TungLok restaurants, towards dine-in F&B bill (subject to conditions stated below). TL$1=S$1.

Redemption of TL$
  1. Membership e-card MUST be presented for redemption of TL$.
  2. TL$ cannot be exchanged for cash. Redemption can only be made to the nearest TL$ (For eg, if customer’s account balance is TL$157.60, he can only redeem up to TL$157). TL$ to be redeemed will be deducted from the total bill (before Service Charge & prevailing GST), before new rebates are earned. Gross bills are subject to Service Charge & applicable GST.
  3. Redemption of TL$ will not be allowed for alcoholic beverages, banquet (ie. more than 30 persons), online takeaway orders, catering orders, merchandises and/or festive/seasonal products (ie. Chinese New Year products, Mooncake), as well as on the eve of and during 15 days of Chinese New Year and cannot be used to offset against Service Charge & GST payable, unless otherwise indicated.
  4. Redemption of TL$ shall not be combined with other promotions, discounts, privileges/membership cards, voucher/e-voucher payment (including TungLok Group Dining Vouchers) and/or ShopBack Pay.
  5. For verification purposes, email address, date of birth and/or address may be required. No redemption, rebate and/or discount will be granted if satisfactory verification of identity of members cannot be performed.

Expiry of TL$
  1. TL$ earned will expire 12-month from date of issue. If membership has expired, kindly re-sign up to redeem your unexpired TL$.

  1. To qualify for a free renewal, GOURMAND members must attain the following amount at TungLok restaurants within a 12-month membership:
    • Spending of S$800 = Receive renewal e-vouchers* (Worth S$60) + FREE renewal upon expiry of membership.
    • Spending of S$8,000 = Receive renewal e-vouchers* (Worth S$100) + Upgrade of membership status to EPICUREAN.
  2. A reminder will be sent via SMS and/or email notifications. It is also the member’s responsibility to track the expiry date of the TL$ rebate.   1. To qualify for a free renewal, EPICUREAN members must attain a minimum spending of S$8,000 at TungLok restaurants within 12-month membership. However, acquirement of aforementioned minimum spending of S$8,000 does not guarantee auto-renewal of your EPICUREAN membership as EPICUREAN is only accorded to the top spenders in our restaurants as determined by the management of TungLok Group from time to time.
  2. EPICUREAN members who attain spending between S$800 – S$7,999 within 12-month membership will qualify for a free renewal as

Cancellation

Personal Data Protection Policy
  1. Upon submission of application form to TungLok, you consent to receive TungLok Membership Account-related Notifications (example: earning of TL$, redemption of TL$/e-voucher, renewal of membership, expiry of TL$, status updates of TL$/e-voucher and OTP) via the TungLok app, SMS and/or Email.
  2. Upon submission of application form to TungLok, Members shall be deemed to have agreed and consent to the collection usage and disclosure of member’s personal data in accordance with TungLok Group personal data policy, which is available at https://www.tunglok.com/en/privacy-policy.
Discretion
  1. Upon submission of application form to TungLok, Members shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed with the Terms and Conditions of the TungLokFirst Loyalty Programme stipulated herein.
  2. An employee under TungLok Group and his/her immediate family members are not eligible to apply.
  3. The Management of TungLok Group reserves all rights to amend any privilege or condition from time to time without prior notice.
  4. The Management of TungLok Group is entitled at any time, in its absolute discretion without liability to you, to suspend or terminate your rights to use the benefits or privileges, to refuse any re-issuance or renewal should any of the conditions and privileges be abused.

  1. Your personal data is important to us and we are committed to complying with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (No. 26 of 2012) (the “PDPA”).   1. ‘Personal data’ is defined under the PDPA to mean data about an individual who can be identified from that data; or from that data and other information to which the organisation has or is likely to have access.

Personal data may include your name, nationality, gender, photograph, telephone numbers, mailing address, email address, age, date of birth, marital status, signature, job title/profession, financial information (such as bank account or credit/debit card numbers) and any other information relating to any individuals which you have provided us in any forms you may have submitted to us or via other forms of interaction with you.
Collection Of Personal Data
  1. The ways in which we may collect your personal data include (but are not limited to) collecting your personal data directly or indirectly from you or your authorised representatives in the course of:
    • you applying for any of our loyalty programs or similar programs;
    • you contacting us for making any reservations (including but not limited to catering/banquet reservations), whether through phone, fax, letters, emails, online or otherwise;
    • you contacting us with your queries, requests, complaints or feedback;
    • you completing any of our forms, whether physical or online, including but not limited to survey and feedback forms;
    • you participating in our marketing or promotional events, including but not limited to lucky draws, competitions, road shows, wedding shows or seasonal products launches;
    • you purchasing and making payments for any of our products, including through our online web portals;
    • you registering for or using any of our services, including but not limited to events and catering;
    • you submitting an employment application to us;
    • you providing us with your contact details at any of our restaurants, whether through leaving a copy of your business card with us or otherwise;
    • your images being captured by our close-circuit television cameras while you are within our premises, or via photographs or videos taken by us or our representatives at our premises;
    • you visiting or browsing our website(s);
    • you establishing any online account(s) with us;
    • you subscribing for email alerts on our website;
    • our conducting interviews for matters including but not limited to employment;
    • our conducting market research or surveys;
    • you interacting with our staff via telephone calls, letters, fax, face-to-face meetings, social media platforms and emails; or
    • you submitting your personal data to us for any other reason.
  2. We may also collect personal data about you from third parties including (but not limited to):

    • to process and manage your purchase of products and services from TungLok Group;
    • to process your application as a member to any of our loyalty programs, administer and manage your membership, and provide you the benefits of such membership;
    • to administer, manage and execute marketing activities including but not limited to lucky draws, competitions, road shows, wedding shows or seasonal products launches;
    • to announce, in any form of media including but not limited to social media platforms, the results of our lucky draws, competitions or other marketing or promotional events, and to identify and contact the winners of any prizes won from such events;
    • to provide and send you marketing, advertising and promotional information and materials relating to loyalty programs, products, events and/or services offered by TungLok Group through various avenues including (but not limited to) SMS, voice calls, email, mail and online platforms (such as social media);
    • to deal with or facilitate customer service and reservations, carry out your instructions, provide services, or deal with or respond to any enquiries, requests, complaints or feedback given by you or on your behalf;
    • to manage our administrative and business operations and comply with internal policies and procedures;
    • to conduct market research and improve customer service;
    • to provide training to our staff;
    • to facilitate access to our website;
    • to manage the safety and security of our premises;
    • for auditing, internal investigations, compliance, risk management, conflict of interest reporting and security processes;
    • to comply with applicable laws, regulations, rules, codes of practice, guidelines and other requirements (including but not limited to providing assistance to law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities and other governmental agencies);

    • our agents, contractors, sub-contractors, service providers or data processors who have been contracted to provide administrative, financial, legal, accounting, information technology, research, operational, marketing, telecommunications, transportation, payment, analytical, training, storage, printing, security or other services;
    • our consultants and professional advisers (such as accountants, lawyers, auditors);
    • our business partners and affiliates;
    • clearing and depository houses;
    • external banks, credit card companies and their respective service providers;
    • courts, tribunals, law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities and other governmental agencies as required or authorised by law;

  3. TungLok Group is a listed entity on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited with international presence. As such, the personal data you submit to us in one country may be transferred, used and accessed in one or more additional countries. You fully understand and unambiguously consent that we may transfer your personal data to any location outside of Singapore for the purposes set out above. When transferring your personal data outside of Singapore, we will ensure that your personal data will be protected to a standard comparable to the protection accorded to your personal data under the PDPA by ensuring that the recipient is either in a jurisdiction which has comparable data protection laws, or is contractually bound to protect your personal data.
  4. Notwithstanding the above, we may process your personal data without your consent if it is permitted under the PDPA or any other relevant legislation.
Security And Storage Of Personal Data
  1. We will take reasonable efforts to protect your personal data in our possession or control by making reasonable security arrangements to prevent unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks (“Risks”). However, we shall not be held responsible for Risks occurring in relation to your personal data that are beyond our control, such as Risks resulting from cyber-attacks.
