Park Regis Hotel
The Gingko tree is believed to have existed more than 200 million years ago. It is considered a living fossil and the oldest surviving species of tree. It has hence grown to become a symbol of longevity, and of strength, resilience and hope for many.
In the same way, China’s culinary history too goes back a very very long way. Chinese cuisine has endured the rise and fall of many dynasties, and the Chinese have spent thousands of years developing their cuisine and recipes that transcend generations.
The gingko leaf encapsulates who we are. The humble green leaf depicts life and renewal – the way we are always motivated to bring you renewed creations. Its heart shape is a reflection of our staff’s warm level of service, delivered from within their hearts.
